Miles was born, bred and still inhabits New York City. For years folks assumed Miles was already in the voiceover business because of his stature and resonant voice. After years of wavering Miles attended a VO convention where he met Pat Fraley, voice actor/teacher (Teenage Mutant Ninja) and Pat suggested that Miles take voiceover lessons and get in the voiceover business.

Miles followed up and began studies with Joan Baker (SVAS). He continues his studies with coaches Linda Bruno and Alyssa Jayson of The Voiceover Gurus (www.voiceover.guru). For the past couple of years along with his voiceover training Miles has been taking acting and improvisational classes at The Barrow Group to enhance his voiceover interpretations and hone in the skills needed in the voiceover industry.

In addition, Miles served in the US Army's Signal Corp in Germany and the USAF Reserves as a C-141 Loadmaster with extensive global travels. Miles is a disabled veteran, former police officer, retired senior court officer and holds a B.S. in Voc Ed from SIU. Miles is also a licensed private investigator serving on both the Federal and NYS criminal defense panels with a number of cases that has taken him to five of the world's continents. With these life experiences, Miles can bring understanding, confidence and relatability to a script or read.

Jazz, old school, and classical music along with cycling and global travels brings Miles full circle. Miles works out of Digital Waterworx studios, while his home studio is in the works.
